Bijoy Das
Founder & Executive DirectorBijoy grew up witnessing extreme poverty and exploitation in his community. Driven by a deep conviction that every child deserves dignity and opportunity, he founded Bijoy International to turn that vision into action. With over 20 years of experience in community development and humanitarian work, Bijoy leads the organization with compassion and purpose.
Anita Sharma
Director of ProgramsAnita brings 15 years of experience designing and managing education and vocational training programs across South Asia. She oversees all field operations, ensuring that every program Bijoy International runs meets the highest standards of care and effectiveness. Anita is passionate about empowering women and girls to become leaders in their communities.
